Support policy
This policy explains the support approach for the Windows tray reminder app “LastCall” (the “App”). Developed and provided by Ryusudo (a sole proprietorship).
1How to contact us
Support is provided by email only. The primary support language is Japanese; we will do our best to assist in English.
Email: lastcall-support@ryusudo.com
We do not offer phone, chat, or on-site support. To help us respond smoothly, please include your OS version, the App edition (Free / Enterprise), and the issue you're seeing with steps to reproduce it.
2Scope of support (by edition)
Our approach differs between the Free and paid (Enterprise) editions.
| Edition | Approach |
|---|---|
| Free | Handled on a best-effort basis. Because it is provided free of charge, replies and resolutions are not guaranteed. We fix known defects and answer questions where we can. |
| Paid (Enterprise) |
Inquiries from purchasers are handled with priority, as far as we can. However, there is no SLA guaranteeing response time or resolution. |
For both editions, the following are within scope:
- Questions about installing and uninstalling the App, and registering, deactivating, or reclaiming license keys
- Reports of defects with reproducible steps, and fixes where feasible
- Questions about how to use features documented on the home page or in the bundled documentation
- General guidance on distribution and policy configuration via GPO / Intune
3Out of scope
- Guaranteed response time or resolution (SLA), and phone, chat, on-site, or in-person support
- Guaranteed custom development or feature additions specific to a customer (requests are welcome, but we do not promise to implement them)
- Support for defects, configuration, or operation of third-party products themselves, such as Microsoft 365 / SharePoint / Teams / Outlook / Entra ID / Windows
- Troubleshooting on your behalf for issues arising from your specific network, proxy, security products, or device management (MDM) environment
- Issues with use outside the App's supported environment (unsupported OS, etc.)
- Issues after modifying or reverse-engineering the App, or with unofficial distributions
- Recovery of data you deleted or corrupted on your side
4Reporting defects and requests
Defect reports and feature requests are accepted at the email address above. Defects with clear reproduction steps are checked with priority, and fixes are delivered via updates. That said, we do not promise to address every report or request, or to fix anything by a specific date.
5Refunds
Payments for the paid edition are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Purchases, receipts, and refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy.
- Because the App offers a Free edition and an in-app trial of the features, you can verify how it works in your own environment before buying.
- Whether a refund is possible, and its conditions, follow Lemon Squeezy's terms and the conditions shown at purchase. To request a refund, contact the address in your purchase confirmation email or the support email above.
6Volume / enterprise customers
For customers deploying many licenses under a contract, such as public agencies and large enterprises, the scope of support, points of contact, and conditions are defined separately in an individual contract or memorandum. This policy describes the standard handling when no such individual contract exists. For deployment inquiries, please contact the email address above.
7Vulnerability and security reports
8Disclaimer and the role of support
The App is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any damages arising from use or inability to use the App.
- Support is provided voluntarily and at our discretion. We may change, reduce, or discontinue support without notice. This policy does not constitute a service level (SLA) or any other contractual obligation.
- We do not provide refunds or damages based on satisfaction or dissatisfaction with support. Refunds follow the rules of our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy (Section 5).
- Our liability regarding support shall not exceed the limitation of liability (cap on damages) set out in the Terms of Use (license terms).
For details, see the Terms of Use (license terms) and the Privacy Policy. This policy may be revised without notice as features and operations change.
